Module 2 (19 Minutes): Title 31 Incident Report, Acceptable Forms of Identification, Suspicious Activity Report (SAR), Structuring, Suspicious Transactions, Aggregation, Multiple Transaction Log (MTL) and Negotiable Instrument Log (NIL)
Module 3 (21 Minutes): Filing Obligations for a Currency Transaction Report (CTR), Cash-In and Cash-Out Transaction Types, the Safe Harbor Act, Criminal and Civil Penalties for Non-Compliance. Risk Assessment, Office of Foreign Assets Control List (OFAC), FinCEN Hotline, Counterfeit Currency, Marijuana Business Owners and Human Trafficking.
