Harassment Prevention for Team Members
39 Minute Course - Broken Down Into Two Modules
This comprehensive course covers sexual harassment, other forms of harassment and discrimination. The course is based on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and focuses on awareness, prevention and reporting. The term “sexual harassment” may mean different things to different people based on each person’s life experiences. Certain conduct that may seem acceptable to you today, or that may have seemed acceptable in the past, must now be revisited, because it may not be acceptable in today’s work environment. This a case where ignorance is not bliss. The purpose of this course is to discuss what is and what is not acceptable in your work environment. It covers the consequences for anyone involved in harassment, which can include leaders, team members, guests or vendors. The course is incredibly easy to administer and take, and offers a "Certificate of Completion." We also offer reporting so you can track everyone's progress.
