Highlights of the Course Curriculum (45 Minutes)


Module 1 (25 Minutes): The wrong reasons to move people up into leadership roles, internal recruiting pros and cons, external recruiting pros and cons, hiring and promoting people good at building relationships, inspect what you expect and creating a formalized career path plan.

Module 2 (20 Minutes): Business 101 leadership development training basics, your organization cannot grow unless you do, great leaders focus on creating great systems and you cannot manage what you cannot measure.
